Veteran of Israel's high-tech industry from Israel Defense Forces and Rafael; set up the Rafael Development Company (RDC). Joined Teuza (part of Fairchild Technology Fund) as VP of business development. Former president of Vectory Investment Company. Ph.D. and M.Sc. in industrial engineering and management from Stanford University; M.Sc. and B.Sc. in electrical engineering, communications, and control systems from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Experienced businessman involved in a number of biotechnology companies. Founder of Biocell Ltd., a publicly traded Israeli holding company specializing in biotechnology companies.
