Misgav supports its portfolio companies with an initial investment of approximately $60,000 plus a conditional grant of approximately $300,000. The grant is returned from royalties on future sales of the products developed by the company.
In addition to the basic financing, Misgav provides a variety of valuable business development services to its companies.

The Fund provides complementary funding and the Group offers business insights, consultation, access to professional business consultants in Israel and the United States, and a U.S. marketing office.
- Networking with investment and professional resources in life sciences, banking and finance, medical devices, consumer products, information technology, automotive, and homeland security. The Misgav advantage: Strong ties and experience in both the Israeli and U.S. markets.

At what stage do we invest? Our intention is to evaluate the idea on its potential commercial merits and not on the stage and ripeness. That's why we are considered early-stage investors.
We have developed an in-house entrepreneurial mechanism that enables us to screen large number of ideas and to mentor those we choose, even those at the "blink of the light bulb" stage.
Sometimes we make connections between an inventor and a professional entrepreneur to offer inventors a unique hands-off option in moving their idea to incubator start-up.
